Andy Torres,
CEO & Founder
Andy Torres is the Founder and CEO of Cloud9 Technology Consulting, LLC, which she launched in 2019 to bring over 30 years of customer service and tech expertise to businesses seeking cloud solutions. With a background in telecommunications dating back to 1992, Andy has a proven ability to navigate complex systems and craft holistic, effective answers to modern communication challenges.
A Bay Area native, Andy is also a passionate advocate for social justice and environmental causes, volunteering with organizations that support youth experiencing homelessness, animal protection, and domestic violence prevention. In her free time, she enjoys competitive tennis, travel, photography, and family.

CFO
Jennifer Granum, CFO
Jennifer graduated with a bachelor of science in business finance from Brigham Young University in 1996. She began her career as an asset manager with various property management and construction companies from 1996-2009. Jennifer became the owner and CEO of Paradise Living Cleaners, where she successfully led the company to continued growth. Since 2021, she has taken the role of CFO at Cloud9, overseeing the company’s financial strategy and operations. In her personal life, Jennifer is passionate about traveling, playing tennis and pickleball, and has a deep love for all things Disney.
